Definitely 5 stars for service! I ordered the hair butter a few months ago and it didn't arrive as planned despite living in the same state as Ruth. I contacted Ruth for help and she immediately investigated the matter and followed up with Australia Post. Ruth also sent me a replacement hair butter in case the first parcel never arrives and told me that I can keep both products even if my original parcel is delivered.
SO happy to state that I eventually received both parcels which really soften my hair!! :)

Amazing products that work
I am so in love with these products. I've been using the Detangler, Hair Spritz and Hair Butter Combo and they work beautifully together on my 4C Hair. My favourite especially is the hair butter. Hair Butter
I LOVE the hair butter by AfroShe on my 4c Afro coils! My hair responds so well to the combination of the hair Spritz and hair butter used together. When used together, they keep my hair super moisturised and nourished for days! I am also experiencing much less breakage on the ends of my hair and more length retention! Thank you so much Ruth!
