Yes. Our current deal is FREE SAMPLES on orders under $80 (1 sample) & orders over $80 (2 samples).

Our products have an expiration of one (1) year after opening and if unopened then two (2) years. You'll also find the BN (Batch Number) located underneath each product container.
All our products are vegan friendly with the exception of our Rich Lathering Cleanser, Deep Conditioner, Hair Gel & Curl Styler which have gelatin (collagen). See our A-Z Ingredients list for more info. Gelatin (collagen) is animal derived and therefore not suitable for vegans. Due to high demand we have a gelatin free vegan option for these products.
Yes, our products are only tested on real people, like me (Ruth, Founder & Formulator), our family and friends).
We only use pure and natural essential oils to lightly scent our products. Our scent range come in fragrance free/unscented and scented. Our baby range is mildly scented and unscented.
As of May 2022, we had to remove Afterpay & Zippay due to high fee charges (up to 12%). We still accept PayPal and all other credit cards.
There are two (2) shipping categories...1) Australian parcels (domestic) & 2) International parcels. Australian (domestic) parcels are calculated by weight. International parcels are calculated by weight and country.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll automatically receive your tracking information via email (check spam inbox) and also to your account (if you initially set one up). Be sure to follow the tracking information and adjust notification details as needed.
Yes, this can be arranged. Be sure to let us know before placing your order so shipping cost can be deducted. We'll contact you after the processing of your order to arrange a pick up time.
