Our handmade, natural & organic products, freshly made in small batches are of a high quality and standard. For the safety of all, we can’t resale returned items as we are unable to guarantee that the items have not been tampered with or damaged in any way. If you are new to AfroShe, we strongly advice you to shop from our wide range of starter/ trial packs before buying our big regular sizes/ packs.

Incorrect Items
We double and even triple check that we send you the correct items as per order. If by chance this is not so, then please accept our apology in advance. Please contact us within 5 days of the delivery of your items so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible for you.
Faulty/ Damaged Items
We ensure that your items are securely packed but if by chance your items arrived damaged please take photographic evidence and notify us at info@afroshe.com (include your name and order number) within 5 business days of delivery so we can inform you of the next step.
