If you are a repeated customer with a created account you can LOG IN to your account and start shopping.

If you are a new customer you can choose to shop as a GUEST and then CREATE AN ACCOUNT just before you check out.

Once you have selected your items and added them to the cart, you'll be directed to enter your shipping information. During this stage your pre-calculated item's weight (each item) will be calculated and shipping rate (Australian state OR international DHL - Standard (6-12 business days) will be shown. The calculated shipping rate will then be totalled to your order before you make payment. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping costs.  

If you have any DISCOUNT CODE you may enter it at check out and click apply.

Customs Duties & Import Vat/Taxes

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Generally, buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

YOU ARE responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. AfroShe® does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Shipping Address (PLEASE double check!)

PLEASE ensure your shipping address is correct as that will be the shipping address used to ship your parcel. Please be aware that AfroShe® will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided. If you are unsure which address you provided when you placed your order, please check your order of confirmation and by all means, contact us asap to make amendments. PLEASE note that once your parcel has been dispatched/shipped we are UNABLE to make any changes. The good news is that, you can track your parcel and contact your local post office (in your country or state) and provide your tracking ID and arrange for the delivery of your parcel. If your country of destination is not listed, you can contact us for a shipping quote before we add your country to the list.

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase as after that your order may have already been processed and  shipped.

Replacements, Returns & Refunds

We are confident that you'll love our products as much as we do, but please contact us if you have any queries with your order. Our 30 days refund policy (from the date of delivery) means you are eligible for a replacement IF item/s arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. Unfortunately, 'No refunds will be given if you simply change your mind'.

Replacements - If items arrive to you damaged then, we'll happily send a replacement without you incurring any costs. Please email us within 7 days of the delivery of your item/s at with photographic evidence of the damaged item/s and include the following in your email...

Returns Of Faulty Or Incorrect Item/s

Please follow our step by step guide for your returns of faulty or incorrect item/s.

Step 1: Please note that shipping the item/s to us is at your expense. Unfortunately original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Step 2: Please email us within 7 days of the delivery of your item/s at with photographic evidence of the faulty or incorrect item/s. Please include the following in your email...

You'll then be advised via email of the next step.  

Step 3: If returning a faulty or incorrect item/s please ensure that the items are in their original condition (unmarked) with labels and tamper seals intact and that products are unused and unopened. Be sure to include your original receipt with your return. It is your responsibility to securely package the item/s for delivery as we take no responsibilities for any unforeseen damages that may occur during shipping. Please note that delivery time frames varies from country to country and state to state and allow sufficient time for us to receive the item/s within 30 days.

Step 4:

Refunds & Replacements  Be sure to email us the tracking number as without a tracking number we will be unable to confirm your return and begin the refund / replacement process. Please allow up to 7 business days for your returned item/s to be inspected and approved. You'll be notified once approved or rejected and if approved, then your return shipping costs will be refunded and the correct replacement will be shipped to you. 

Step 5: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund (if applicable) to show in your original payment method otherwise inform us at and double check with your bank. 

Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.

Order Tracking Number
ALL orders will have a tracking number so you can track the journey of your parcel and even redirect as needed.

Domestic - Australia ONLY - My Tracking Has Been Delivered but I haven't Received It
If your tracking notification says items DELIVERED but you have not received your package, then PLEASE...

1. contact your local post office immediately and quote them your tracking number, have them investigate and you follow up as needed

2. notify us via email at of your actions


Lost or Stolen Parcel 

Once packages have shipped and or delivered, AfroShe® is not liable for stolen or missing packages. Please remember to have your packages shipped to a safe and secure location or have it delivered to a PO Box.
