Use on damp hair.
Step 1- Use AfroShe® Hair Spritz (add this to your cart) as a pre-styler and work through. Use the Hair Spritz as a refresher to refresh your curls the next day.
Step 2- Apply Curl It Moisturising Hair Gel in small sections and work though using a technique (e.g. brushing, combing, finger coiling, scrunching) until desired results. Allow hair to air dry or use a hair dryer. If needed use Hair Spritz to refresh hair the next day.
TIPS: Follow steps 1-2 with your twists, twist outs, bantu knots, rollersets and light hair refresher.

This gel has to be the best gel on the market to retain and define your curls, without having a thick, crunchy texture like most gels do. I had bought this product originally for my daughter, but have loved it so much that we have all universally used this gel in my household! It is a soft hold that creates beautiful, shiny curls whilst keeping the frizz and fly aways at bay. I use this typically in conjunction with the Hair Milk. I will never buy another Gel for my toddlers curls again, thank you Afroshe!!!
This gel is awesome! It provides great hold and it is not lying when it says it's moisturising because my hair feels so soft and hydrated after using this product highly recommend.

I used to struggle with keeping my curls looking well and defined for more than one day. Now when I use this gel on wash day, I can go 5-6 days without washing my hair and still be happy about my curl pattern! And my hair doesn't get hard or have a cast, it just feels moisturized the whole time. I'm really loving this product!

I have tried both gels now, and my hair loves the gelatin free one especially. The consistency is lovely and creamy and easy to spread through the hair, so you don't have to use as much. It is not sticky and globby like a lot of gels, that don't emulsify well. When I brush my hair out, when I'm ready to wash, my hair is still moisturized and healthy there is no flaking, and my hair doesn't feel producty. I love the fact it does double duty, styler and treatment in one. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, and I've found Afroshe moisturizing gel really works for me.
